Brady has received numerous goal-setting awards from Keller Williams during the past 5 years. He has successfully attended the BOLD- A Life by Design course. He currently holds an NEBB designation in relation to small business marketing, sales and valuation analyzation. He has spent numerous hours in sales production, marketing and leadership classes. He claims that the awards achieved are investments in his business and are needed to better serve his clients and lead the path for others to follow.
Brenda has been in the business since 1987. She started out with Crye-Leike and excelled in listing and selling and received many awards within the company. Always priding herself in assisting many clients purchase and sales and was able to hold the Awards of Excellence consistently through out the years. She ventured out in 2000 and opened her own brokerage, Crossroads Realty. The name representing the "Crossroads" is what many buyers and sellers feel while buying or selling. She loves assisting clients in "making their dream come true" to own a home, buy a farm or some land to build their dream home. She is very detailed oriented and this feeling is always helpful for clients as she can help them with questions about surveys, restrictions, HOA information, etc.
